Chief Technology Officer

David Philips was a founder and officer of Balcones Computer Corporation, one of the early research and development firms for personal computer hardware and software. Later, he became a founder and officer for Netserv, an early local area networking service company. Now that he's retired he says his job is Argentine tango dancer. He started with American style ballroom and swing dancing thirty years ago, and over that time has danced some of anything and everything. But after discovering Argentine tango two years ago he finds it the most challenging, and it has become his passion.
